TSA Wealth Management exists because we love retirement planning. While other firms offer to work with everyone, we only claim to do one thing – work with retirees – and we do it very well. Though we are different from most other firms in that we don’t sell products, we don’t charge commissions, and we list our fee clearly on our website, what really separates us from the rest are our people, our philosophy, and our retirement planning process.
We invite you to look through our website, subscribe to our newsletter, attend some of our events, and if you think we might be a fit for each other, please schedule an introductory meeting.

We specialize in retirement planning for families in the Houston area, with at least five hundred thousand dollars of investable assets, that share the dual goals of creating income during their lifetimes and growing the principal balance for future generations. Because of our focus, we are experts in the areas that matter most to our retiree clients, and we devote all our resources to their specific needs.
Wealth management in retirement is about more than just effectively managing investments. That is why our process incorporates your entire financial life.
What something costs, charge 1% on the first $2 million of assets under management with decreasing percentages for assets over that amount.

This is where we learn about you and you to learn about us. The overall goal is simply to see if we are potentially a fit for one another.
Our team members will help you get your financial life organized and consolidated so you know what you have and where it is.
Once the data has been gathered and our team has run the analysis, we’ll layout our recommendations, review different scenarios, and explain the necessary action items.
We want you to have 100% confidence in the quality of our advice and service. That’s why we don’t ask you to hire us until after we’ve made our initial presentation and laid out the remaining action items.
This is the step where we make sure everything we promised to get done, gets done.
Retirement planning isn’t a one-time engagement. We’ll be with you every step of the way to answer questions, make adjustments, and address changes as they happen.

We don’t charge commissions, there are no retainers, and we do not charge additional planning fees. All our services are provided as part of the asset management fee which is laid out here.
While we include outside assets such as bank accounts, insurance policies, business interests and real estate in the financial plan, we never charge a fee based on the value of those assets.
We bill quarterly (in January, April, July, and October) based on the average daily balance of the accounts under our management at Schwab over the previous three months. The annual billing rate represents the annualized fee over four quarterly billing cycles. The billing tiers are marginal meaning the first $2 million of account value is billed at an annual rate of 1% per year. The next million is billed at an annual rate of .8% and the million after that is billed at an annual rate of .6%.
